Michelin starred restaurant by chef Giuseppe Mancino
You will probably go up to the most beautiful terrace of the town, indulge in the pleasantness of the place, in one of the best luxury hotels in Versilia, and enjoy dishes of extraordinary quality, which satisfy and amuse you.

The author is Giuseppe Mancino, from Campania, who, after many important experiences in Italy and abroad, stopped here to better express his cuisine.

Complex and exact in combinations and cooking, cleverly risky, sometimes unsettling, always balanced.
There is the sea tasting menu, the land menu and the rich and inviting card, to discover which you will be masterfully supported in the dining room. Start with the red mullet, fennel cream, vegetable panzanella and cacciucco sauce. You can feel the hand of the South in the calamari of Gragnano with seafood, squid and asparagus tips; pasta stretched to perfection and balanced filling in green ravioli stuffed with cod, sea snails, seaweed and yellow tomato.

Correct pairings and unique flavors even when you move to the land front, like in the Garfagnana lamb with chicory, peppers and coffee. Finally, lose yourself in the variation of the "tarte au citron", with almond sablé, lemon cream, mint meringue and basil ice cream.
The cellar is full of interesting choices, with small Tuscan productions at advantageous prices.
